  • We facilitated an interactive workshop for managers at the 2006 sales conference of Warner Music Group. Our subject: Developmental Feedback.


  • We completed a Leap Diagnostic for the Lenox, Gorham and Dansk divisions of the Lenox Group, and for Beaute Prestige International, a division of Shisheido


  • We trained employees at the 2006 national sales meeting of international lingerie company Chantelle. Our topic: "It's a Fit! Developing Comfort with Change, Your Role and Your Audience"


  • We completed a 3C Program for selected managers at Beaute Prestige International, with five sessions covering:

    • A Reengineering Approach to Solving problems
    • Execution
    • Managing for Performance and Growth
    • Conducting Qualitative Performance Evaluations


  • Leap Strategies kicked off the Performance Improvement Series for the International Furnishings and Design Association in New York City. Our presentation addressed the immediate threats that are facing this industry in the United States. Our topic: "When the Winds of Change Blow, Build a Wind Farm: Finding Ways to Take Advantage of Change"
